Anyway, i want to share some photos during photoshoot session a long time ago. i guess its around june 2009. During that time, im still using my 1st Love. 1000D ( as matter of fact, im still in luv with it)

This photoshoot made for Sueno Ninas Model Agency ( If im not mistaken the name of the company ) . its like my 1st experience handling this job. Be the head of the team. Luckily, its also like the 1st experience to the candidates,so can called it as even:p

My family ask me to reconsider my decision to join the Team Building at Outward Bound Sabah (OBS) , and my colleague's said im crazy if i join that program... yay! so appreciate y'all concern guys. but ya, i told them..... ..Im not crazy, im just a little unwell.

by the way, the reason why i manage to update my blog is because today im on MC for couple of days. yaiks!!!!

last Dec 31,2010, i join basketball tournament at Sipitang.
At 1st, everything doing fine, but THE UGLY StORY start when we are in quarter final.During the match, one of the opponent actually hit me with his knee, direct impact forsure! well, like i always told to my teammate, no Pain No Game. my knee injured "so well".

its been a 10 days after that incident. Yesterday, Me with brother Taufik, jontot & l

iza is on Duty as a Official Photographer for Cement Industries Sabah ( CIS ) event, Family Day 2010. My 1st experience doing a group photo for more 100++ people at 1 time.i would like to thank you to taufik, for trusting me on this side.I will try to improve for the next time.overall, its w

Assalamualaikum and good morning everyone!

Today is Sept 27, 2010 = 18 Syawal 1431. So meaning to say, another 264hours to go before the Syawal end! So enjoy and have a blast! its a must!!

so hows ur guys Raya Celebration? More into Duit Raya? Kuih raya? Baju raya? Or sedara Mara? Well, just makesure u guys enjoy da raya. Syukur Alhamdulillah, this year still manage to celebrate Raya with my beloved family. This year a bit different, cuz finally my eldest Sister are celebrating her 1st Syawal with us, at home..sweet home!! One of my sisters can’t make it this time. She currently is staying at Tawau. Her Husband is from Semporna
( the place that I plan to visit next year.check it out) .They decided to celebrate the raya at her Husband Kg. It’s all good. Nowadays, we are full with Tech’s. So Video call, MMs,etc .. We all still get connected.

For me, my Raya was amazing.and still doing great
(since its only about Raya Thingy,so I can say dat la )
Foods,foods, and foods 24/7. During Puasa ,im in a good diet, getting better shape, but then. Boom! Raya ke-3 , I still keep nyum nyum nyum. Laksa Kelantan, Soto Banjar,Mee kari, and so on.i’ve tried all! I wonder if im happen to be the Host for Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan, no more Polo Shirt for me! Hahah.Ramadhan is still a superstar for me. Im quite sad Ramadhan had leaved us. But no worries, it will be back soon.
For this Raya, a lotsa thing happen actually. From good to bad, from sweat to sweet, from left to right, from red to green and many more. I believe this is just another test from God. Redha saja. I still beSyukur for the good things I had. Just be truthful to yourself.
Owh ya, have received quite a few text messages, BBM, Tweets wishing me Selamat Hari Raya and Maaf Zahir dan Batin. Nice words but I have this nagging thought that will not go away. Why wait for a whole year to apologize? Why not maaf Zahir Batin every day? Hehehe.
I mean someone messaged me
" Lets Reset. 0--0"
o’ow.. I mean what is that? Do we reset so we can start the hurt counter again? If I have upset someone, I will try to rectify the problem soonest and not wait a whole year and wait for the Holy month of Syawal to undo my doings. I mean the soul needs to be healthy too right?
I don't know about you but I am going to try to apologize if I have hurt or upset you as soon as I am aware of it. But don’t take it wrong, I still appreciate all the wishes ya. Tq peeps!

So right now, im back for work. At office, sit down. Doing my office things. With my Sun-Maid Raisins next to me.im chill then. Honestly, still not feeling for working. **sigh**

Last Wednesday is the 1st of Ramadhan 1431. Just in case the viewers need to get better info bout what is Ramadhan, welcome to check this site Ramadhan

For me, my 1st day of Puasa is quite challenging. I had this Cough ,Sore throat, Flu and fever. Its All in one. came in 1 package. Alhamdulillah,i still manage to finish my Puasa on the 1st day Ramadhan. That night, went to see doc, i got MC for yesterday. good. need that 1 day rest to stay home, spent time with my family. But till now, i still cough like a old man. so much with cold water & oily foods.

So guys, im & my family would like to wish you all happy fasting || Selamat menjalankan ibadah berpuasa. Maaf zahir & Batin, Halalkan makan minum. i understand that im not really perfect as i am only human ..i do made mistake. But try to learn my lesson, and try my very best to be better man.

dey caught me speeding over the limit. some where around Putatan. the worst part is, the summon actually for the last month speedo. Dugaan.. nda habis habis. i believe its just a small test.I hope i'll survive. bring it on.i'll be strong.

Past few weeks, ..things not really on my side. Lies, betrayal, hates & so on.My "luck" keep coming, when this morning, i lost my wallet. Most of the important things are gone. IC, license , cards. maybe its my fault. i dont know.i just feel sucks bout it.

So here some of advise to myself.

.. I think this post is good enough to remind me to be extra careful in future. what can i say, Nasi Sudah Menjadi Bubur. Whats done is done. So i need to go to make a report, explain this & explain that. Need to go to JPN . doing this and Doing that. i need to go the JPJ. Apply this and Apply that.

I know this is 1 Minor test from God. so i must be strong & redha bout it.

Good day peeps. this is our is 1st June 201o.so hows things around you? hows the May treat you? well, for me. its up & down.

Alhamdulillah, last month i manage to upgrade my body. finally, im back to square one.
a lotsa thing still need 2 b learn.hope for da best.

yesterday, my mum, my dad, my sis & her hubby fly off for Umrah. its quite tough for me.i must admit, its been a while 2 hav this kinda feeling.i wish everything will be fine.sihat & selamat. Insyaallah..Amin. . and as for me, i need 2 b strong, which i think i can..a big thanks to all of U for the support.

im soooo Hapi 2, cuz all of my siblings are here, even just for a short while. for da record, this is not Raya day:)

my works? hhmm... let me check. im sucks in coding.tq 2 my IT fwens,for helping me out. o yeah, we happen 2 hav Company Family day & Sports day Track & Field too. im burnout.im not say its a welldone, i say it Overcook-nicely done!

as you know, last month is Kaamatan rite? guess what, this is my very 1st time to see da actual event Live at KDCA. INTERESTING, forget bout da Jamm ( vehicle + humans ) ,parking space, drunkers ( i hate this most, as da PipoL drunk, da attitude & ethics r gettin lower,which is bad.if dey plan 2 get drunk, just get drunk,dont bother 2 mess up with others. ) , the Event shows to me that this huge event really shows & prove that Sabah bole bah! . just incase u guys wondering,wer all da photos during da event,i would say nope2.i got none.sori peeps.its quite heavy rain on dat day, + my mood dat time is "No" for it.

New Year's Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. It's a time to reflect on the changes we want (or need) to make and resolve to follow through on those changes.

Syukur Alhamdulillah. Im manage to survive, manage 2 stay with ma beloved family. So new journey begin. :)

anyway, i just wanna share some story here. quite bad i guess.

Yesterday, my brother in law accident.da car damage was pretty bad. luckily, no major injured ni. then, me & my bro's suppose 2 antar another oLd skool family car for him, Since his car masuk workshop. during dat rush hour, happen 2b at ma place got 1 Husband & wife dtg pi rumah. Ntah mcm mana la kejadian nya, time dia start enjin kreta, kreta nya trus langgar 1 lgi keta family ni. adeh.... bingung terus kejap. dat time ada my dad, so ask him to atur la selebihnya.hhihihihi.

3:00 AM + in the morning, i receive phone call from ma sis. she's like bingung2 + sad. rumah nya masuk pencuri ni. huhuhuhu. most of barang2 kena tapau ni. adui.. bangsat betul ba ni pencuri ni. nasib family akak ku tiada apa2. well gitu la sedikit sebanyak crita nya. definately Behambur suda ayat2 rojak ku ni.nda pa la. just feel want 2 say it like dis way. so to da readers ait, just be careful la in wat eva things u do.we'll never noe. imagine saja la, kreta yg bagus2 parking, cun2 d rumah sendiri pun boleh kena langgar.ni kan pula d luar. ( start suda aku melalut ntah apa2 ntah )

Well, basically this is life. I just hope & i pray that everything will be fine. kita hanya mampu merancang, tuhan yg menentukan segala nya. yang penting, kita mesti terus berusaha sebaik nya ( now, im sound really Skema d lemma )

well, today is Dec 28, 2009. almost 2 years since i started my blog thingy. But poor thing, my blog from the ximplify has been blocked. tsk..tsk.. well, i just keep it in my head. the rest i just proceed here. plus, its FREE. hehehe

almost 5pm, and i dont really know, what in the earth im doin since this morning.i guess to much redbull also not good for health. for last two week, im helping out my cousinZ who's gettin married to their own Mr.Right. Congrate to Nurul, Congrate to Yna. Surely,i'll upload some of the photos here. but not now,not today.perhaps some other time.my next blog ya.

Nurul akad Nikah happen to be on 1st of Muharam, and Yna Akad Nikah happen to be on 25 Dec. Both date are very hard to forget, and i know i wont.

My sister is going back to tawau. and guess what, my mum ikut! huhuhu. so sad, im not qualified for leave. well, hope & pray everything will be fine. as fine as im celebrating my last xmas 2009.:)

Salam guys. well last night ( consider it as yesterday, since now is 1240AM) i had really Kenyang-full session with Taufik, Norman,Leeza,Noreen & Juandi. Its such a un-plan plan.hehehehe. well, tq 2 leeza, for willing to drive back to Krisna ( after long & unwell day for her ), to Noreen, da reload was successful . To Norman, cant lie to myself, i still very new in riding bike. u left me 2 tiang behind.hehehe. hope ur parent doing fine. take my advise, just go take ur leave. To Jont's , tarik Pari kita joo! haha. and to ma bro taufik, tq for let me ( and i think most of da rest of peeps) drop by ur office for lepak-ing.hehe. well guys, really apreaciate for coming. i hope u guys enjoy da foods, cuz i noe i am.hehehe.

What the Hell is migraine headache?

Hi guys. Just wanna share some info with everyone, just in case u wondering, what the hell is migraine. 1 thing forsure, im 1 of the victim! hahahaha. damn it.

ok, i just doing some simple research about it, so here some of the article which i found very helpful.

A migraine headache is a form of vascular headache. Migraine headache is caused by a combination of vasodilatation (enlargement of blood vessels) and the release of chemicals from nerve fibers that coil around the blood vessels. During a migraine attack, the temporal artery enlarges. (The temporal artery is an artery that lies on the outside of the skull just under the skin of the temple.) Enlargement of the temporal artery stretches the nerves that coil around the artery and causes the nerves to release chemicals. The chemicals cause inflammation, pain, and further enlargement of the artery. The increasing enlargement of the artery magnifies the pain.

Migraine attacks commonly activate the sympathetic nervous system in the body. The sympathetic nervous system is often thought of as the part of the nervous system that controls primitive responses to stress and pain, the so-called "fight or flight" response. The increased sympathetic nervous activity in the intestine causes nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Sympathetic activity also delays emptying of the stomach into the small intestine and thereby prevents oral medications from entering the intestine and being absorbed. The impaired absorption of oral medications is a common reason for the ineffectiveness of medications taken to treat migraine headaches. The increased sympathetic activity also decreases the circulation of blood, and this leads to pallor of the skin as well as cold hands and feet. The increased sympathetic activity also contributes to the sensitivity to light and sound sensitivity as well as blurred vision.

Migraine afflicts 28 million Americans, with females suffering more frequently (17%) than males (6%). Missed work and lost productivity from migraine create a significant public burden. Nevertheless, migraine still remains largely undertreated and underdiagnosed. Less than half the sufferers are diagnosed by their doctors.

Symptoms????

Migraine is a chronic condition of recurrent attacks. Most (but not all) migraine attacks are associated with headaches. Migraine headaches usually are described as an intense, throbbing or pounding pain that involves one temple. (Sometimes the pain can be located in the forehead, around the eye, or the back of the head). The pain usually is unilateral (on one side of the head), although about a third of the time the pain is bilateral. The unilateral headaches typically change sides from one attack to the next. (In fact, unilateral headaches that always occur on the same side should alert the doctor to consider a secondary headache, for example, one caused by a brain tumor). A migraine headache usually is aggravated by daily activities like walking upstairs. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, facial pallor, cold hands, cold feet, and sensitivity to light and sound commonly accompany migraine headaches. As a result of this sensitivity to light and sound, migraine sufferers usually prefer to lie in a quiet, dark room during an attack. A typical attack lasts between 4 and 72 hours.

An estimated 40%-60% of migraine attacks are preceded by premonitory (warning) symptoms lasting hours to days. The symptoms may include sleepiness, irritability, fatigue, depression or euphoria, yawning, and cravings for sweet or salty foods. Patients and their family members usually know that when they observe these warning symptoms that a migraine attack is beginning.

An estimated 20% of migraine headaches are associated with an aura. Usually, the aura precedes the headache, although occasionally it may occur simultaneously with the headache. The most common auras are 1) flashing, brightly colored lights in a zigzag pattern (fortification spectra), usually starting in the middle of the visual field and progressing outward and 2) a hole (scotoma) in the visual field, also known as a blind spot. Some elderly migraine sufferers may experience only the visual aura without the headache. A less common aura consists of pins-and-needles sensations in the hand and the arm on one side or pins-and-needles sensations around the mouth and the nose on the same side. Other auras include auditory (hearing) hallucinations and abnormal tastes and smells.

Complicated migraines are migraines that are accompanied by neurological dysfunction. The part of the body that is affected by the dysfunction is determined by the part of the brain that is responsible for the headache. Vertebrobasilar migraines are characterized by dysfunction of the brainstem (the lower part of the brain that is responsible for automatic activities like consciousness and balance). The symptoms of vertebrobasilar migraines include fainting as an aura, vertigo (dizziness in which the environment seems to be spinning) and double vision. Hemiplegic migraines are characterized by paralysis or weakness of one side of the body, mimicking a stroke. The paralysis or weakness is usually temporary, but sometimes it can last for days.

For approximately 24 hours after a migraine attack, the migraine sufferer may feel drained of energy and may experience a low-grade headache along with sensitivity to light and sound. Unfortunately, some sufferers may have recurrences of the headache during this period.

Conclusions ??

Migraine is often under-diagnosed and under-treated. There is no cure for migraine. Nevertheless, there are numerous interventions that may help restore an improved life for migraine sufferers. These measures should consider the various aspects of the particular patient's condition. Triggering factors, nerve inflammation, blood vessel changes and pain are each addressed aggressively. Individualizing treatment is essential for optimal outcome.

As im in office, my Mind & My heart already missing~ hehehe, yup2! well as we all know, this is our last week
of Ramadhan, before we go to da SYAWAL mode. As far as we happy celebrating The Hari Raya things, at the
same time, im personally kinda sad, as Ramadhan will be leaving us again.=( Hope for The Best in our future!!

"Salah Date" . heheh. actually the event is for 2 days (saturday & Sunday) and for
the Sueno Show, it run on the sunday, not saturday! haha. my bad.

hehe.im home sweet home about 5pm. so my big brother plan to do some Testing for his new BigToy. So we plan to go the Beach.. the Kampung beach. i lurvE beach! At the same time, he help me to help him to do some shots, just to improve my skills:) thanx bro. the Ride was awesome!

- hhmmm... u guys ROCKS! hehehehe. this year, ders NO PARTY.. i repeat, NO PARTY celebration. some of them kinda sad.hahaha. yo peeps, sometimes buffday its not bout partying or celebrating saja ba. sometimes it oso bout apreciation, thankfull and other stuff.hehe. ok, i do quick recap for u all, wat actually happen yesterday.

clock ticks 1200am, I was limpang2 at sofa, enjoying da movie:

so i was on9 dat time ( luckly i've iphone & e71,so its easy & handy)

haha.when i update ma email & facebook. da 1st wave already der. more then 20 msg comin.. and then da 2nd wave, and it keep comin..and coming ..and coming. hehe. not to mention ma cellphone. da sms tones keep doin his job.hahaha! and again, tq 4 all da wishes

during da office hour, i was freekin bz.tpi da best part it, when i manage to do da disposal thingy.

Hahahaha.so AWESOME!

then me and fendy go out, buying da best kuih pisang in town, oso beli bread. cuz i understand, dey throw small celebration to Mr.edward, and at da same time, for me! im sooooooooo touch.kekekekeke. well, dey bought me chocolate, cards, and a tie. a nice colorful stripes tie!

after work, i was rush for some hoops at fohsang. i meet ma "eclipse" team. so as usual, we all chill and hav fun. enjoying da game. Sori guys, no pizza for this time. we just do da lepak-ing at mamak stall.

after dat,im home. still thinking,and thinking. at da same time, da waves still comin. hhmm..
sori to ma cuzzie, not able to go dinner with her. (her fault actually,hahah.sapa suru.lidut)

so since i not yet takin ma dinner, honeystar suggest me to go mamam at tanjung lipat.da soup & da wantan. mabeless!!

after dat, i went to Djuction. guess wat, brother sham was der.haha.welcome back to kk (even its just for weekend). then last nite, brother gerry had difficult time with his personal issue. Just hope for da best la for him.

after dat,me & big guy go check out some kk nite scenes. then balik loh. today keja.

so basically, dats it. ma buffday for diz 2009.
